After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to:
- Develop a systematic and complete way to properly examine a shoulder injury or shoulder pain
- Utilize ultrasound to help with diagnosis of common shoulder injuries
- Assess and evaluate patients with common shoulder, elbow, and back injuries and complaints
This course is intended for sports medicine specialists, allied health professionals, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and anyone else interested in expanding their knowledge on office-based sports medicine injuries.
Registration & Fees
- Physicians (MDs and DOs): $125
- Allied Health Professionals (PA, NP, AT, etc.) : $75
- Students, Residents, Fellows: $15
Please note the above registration rates reflect Early Bird Pricing. Registration Fees will increase by $25 at midnight April 23, 2016.
If you must cancel your registration for this course, we will refund your registration less a $25 processing fee, provided you notify us by midnight 5/5/16. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, the University of Colorado will refund registration fees in full. The University of Colorado is not responsible for non-transferable, non-refundable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased in connection with attendance at this activity.
