The Colorado RNA Salon is part of a new initiative of The RNA Society.

New Single-Cell RNA-Seq Capabilities

The RBI purchased a Chromium controller from 10X Genomics for generating single-RNA sequncing libraries. We are running initial samples in February 2017 and users will have access to the capability shortly through the Genomics Core.
