The Systems Biology Core Facility provides strategic consulting and integrated technologies for analysis of a wide range of biomolecules. We offer collaborations and core services for the University of Colorado Denver community and researchers worldwide in
Our technologies include nanoscale liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) on quadrupole and hybrid linear ion traps; multiplexed, microscale ELISA-based protein arrays; quantitative real-time PCR and redox separation.
Researchers are strongly encouraged to discuss strategy with us before proceeding with sample preparation!
The Systems Biology Core Facility is an actively participating member of the Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities, an international society dedicated to education of core personnel. We are funded by the NIH/NIDDK, the University of Colorado Denver Department of Anesthesiology and the Mucosal Inflammation Program.
