What I love about my job...

“It's wonderful to help someone discover their ability to communicate in a new way.  I believe communication is the essence of life and we all connect to each other through communication.  I'm a speech-language pathologist and I work with people with disabilities of all ages, helping them communicate and achieve their full potential through the use of assistive technology.  I provide clinical services, outreach, research and education in/on assistive technology (communication devices, computer access tools and software, cognitive support technologies) to 17 counties in southeast Colorado."
