Dr. Elaine Morrato is a comparative effectiveness research (CER) scholar on the funded project “Colorado CER and Safety Scholars Program: Mental Health, CVD and Methods.” This Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) funding supports development of a new research scholars program in CER and Safety education.

Web-based tool set for improving health
National Institutes on Aging (NIA) has issued funding for “SocioWorks: Integrated Web Platform for Applications of Social Network Analysis.”​  The goal of this project is to create a technologically and organizationally scalable web application toolset for social network methods and their application to improve health and productivity. This will integrate across the units of analysis of individual patients, health care providers, administrators, and public health officials.

Scalable Architecture for Federated Therapeutic Inquiries Network (SAFTINet) is a multi-state project allowing researchers, health policy experts, payers, and clinicians to better understand the impact of a wide variety of health care interventions on health outcomes for minority, underserved and socioeconomically disadvantaged populations.
