 2017 American Conference on Physician Health

The 2017 American Conference on Physician Health (ACPH) will be hosted by the Stanford University School of Medicine in collaboration with the American Medical Association and the Mayo Clinic. 

The conference will take place September 28-29, 2017 at The Palace Hotel. The hotel is located at 2 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.

The theme of the conference is Creating an Organizational Foundation to Achieve Joy in Medicine which focuses on structuring an organization so that it contributes to, rather than distracts from, physician wellness. The overarching goal of this joint scientific conference is to promote scientific research and discourse on the topic of physician health and wellness. The conference agenda is determined by the abstract submissions for the conference.

 2017 Centile Conference

2017 International Conference to Promote Resilience, Empathy and Well-Being in the Health Professions: An Interprofessional Forum
This conference is being co-hosted by the Center for Innovation and Leadership in Education (CENTILE) at Georgetown University Medical Center (GUMC) and MedStar Health. The goal of the conference is to bring together educators, researchers, practitioners, faculty development leaders and academic policy makers to present and discuss the best practices and strategies to promote resilience, empathy and well being in students, trainees, faculty, practitioners and care-givers across the health professions.
