Payroll and Update Personal Information

GME is the "home department" for all residents. The GME office is responsible for entering into the PeopleSoft system the employment data, personal profile and eligibility identification for every resident.

If at any time this information changed (i.e. name, address, phone number, marital status), please notify GME immediately.

If a resident does not receive a paycheck, please call GME and we will try to determine the problem. If the resident has any questions about payroll deductions, please have them call Payroll & Benefit Services (PBS) at 303-860-4200.

Residents are paid monthly on the last business day of the month with the exception of the month of June. June's payday will be the 1st business day of July due to the passage of Senate Bill 03-197.

CU payroll advices are paperless. The resident can access his/her payroll advices through the CU Portal. If the resident needs assistance with this site please call 303-724-4557 or contact the IT Services Helpdesk.

Update Personal Information:

To report a change of mailing address or phone to GME, the Payroll Office, and CU GME Benefits, print, complete and return the Address, Phone, and E-mail Change Form for Active Employees to the GME Office, Bldg 500, Rm N4223, Mail Stop C293.
