Sawyer Co-Investigator. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of a new sacroiliac-joint specific disability questionnaire. SI Bone Inc. $48,834 08/2013-10/14.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of a formal postoperative rehabilitation program, consisting of both physical and cognitive behavioral therapy, on functional outcomes at 3, 6 and 12 months following lumbar spine fusion $39,510 Submitted 8/5/14.
