Prospective students:
Instructions for the online application process for scholarships will be included in the letter of invitation for interview. There will be a link to a secure scholarship webpage that describes the application process which consists of an application essay.
 
Current students:
Students will be informed of application processes from the Scholarship and Awards Committee as they become available.

 When do I apply for scholarships?

Prospective students:
Timelines for scholarship application will be included in your letter of invitation for interview. Scholarship application deadlines are within the month prior to interviews.
 
Current students:
Timelines for scholarship application will be provided by the Scholarship and Awards Committee throughout the year, as they become available.

 When will I be notified if I have received a scholarship?

Prospective students:
Scholarship applicants will be informed of Scholarship and Awards Committee decisions within 4 weeks after interviews.
 
Current students:
Scholarship applicants will be informed of Scholarship and Awards Committee decisions prior to the beginning of the next semester.

 If I receive a scholarship, will it affect my financial aid?

Prospective students:
Yes, acceptance of a scholarship award to defray tuition cost could potentially affect your financial aid eligibility and reduce the total amount of federal financial aid that you may borrow.

 How are scholarship awards distributed?

Prospective:
Scholarships are distributed by the office of financial aid over 3 consecutive semesters, provided the student is in good academic, professional and clinical standing.

Prospective students:
At the time of application for an individual scholarship, you will be informed of amounts available in that year. Award amounts may vary from year to year.

 Are scholarship awards confidential?

Prospective students:
You will be publicly recognized for having been awarded a scholarship to allow scholarship donors to fully appreciate the impact of their contributions on individual lives. Scholarship recipients may be requested to participate in and potentially speak at various scholarship donor events.
Confidentiality will be considered for recipients with special circumstances.
