Ms. Nieman is the Clinical Site Coordinator for the Child Health Associate Physician/Assistant Program. She graduated from the CHA/PA Program in 2002 and has served on the CHA/PA Program faculty since 2005 with a brief time away to pursue experience in geriatric medicine, patient safety and healthcare quality improvement. Her research and scholarship interest includes physician assistant clinical education, and integrating patient safety and quality improvement into physician assistant education. She serves as Colorado LANE convener for the Advancing Excellence Campaign, a national collaborative whose mission is to help nursing homes achieve excellence in the quality of care they provide to America’s seniors.
