Viewing Your FDC Preceptor's Assessment of You

The following instructions provide an example of how to access your Foundations of Doctoring Preceptor's assessment of you for Fall Semester, Academic Year 2012-2013.  The Start Date under Set the Filters will change depending the semester from which you want the report.  Always set the start date to the first day of the semester.  Please contact the Evaluation Office with any questions.

To access your assessment in E*Value:
  1. Choose "Foundations of Doctoring" from the list (click on instruction to view screenshot)
  2. Select the following:
  3. Set the filters:
  4. Click Next
  5. Select View Evaluation​
NOTE:  By clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right part of your screen, you can email yourself a PDF of your report.​​
