Dr. Schubert joined the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine in January of 2011. She received her PhD in Medical Physics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2009. Following graduation, she joined the faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she was involved in treatment planning systems, brachytherapy, and the medical physics residency program. Dr. Schubert currently is partially responsible for tomotherapy, external beam radiation therapy, and brachytherapy. Dr. Schubert’s research interests include image-guided radiation therapy, adaptive radiotherapy, treatment planning and delivery techniques, and safety in radiation therapy. Dr Schubert is also involved in teaching and organizing the medical physics residency program at the University of Colorado.
