Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy Course

The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Colorado is pleased to offer a one-day workshop on Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT). The workshop is intended to provide radiation oncologists, medical physicists and dosimetrists with background knowledge and practical illustrations useful for implementing SBRT in the treatment of tumors of the lung, liver, and spine. The workshop is designed to offer didactic lectures and practical hands on training.

SBRT: Physics and Treatment Planning (TP)
SBRT for Liver Malignancies & Metastases
SBRT for Primary Lung Cancer
Spine SBRT/Radio surgery
Current Status of CPT codes for SBRT
SBRT at the Clinic: Observation of Simulation, TP, and Delivery
The workshop begins at 8 a.m. and lasts until 2:30 p.m. with classroom didactic sessions followed by opportunities to observe simulations and treatments.

Workshop Registration Fees

Individual: $600
Group: $900 (3 Attendees)
The course registration fee covers the workshop, materials and breakfast/lunch.
