Dr. Allen delivered "The Etiology of Aggression" and "From Control to Care: The Management of Agitation" for the Seventh Annual Forum on Seclusion and Restraint in Adelaide. He also spoke on Bipolar Disorder at the Australasian Society of Bipolar and Depressive Disorders in Sydney and at hospitals in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. The Depression Center is a proud supporter of Real Warriors. The Real Warriors program addresses the mental health and wellness needs of active duty military personnel, members of the National Guard and Reserve, Veterans and their families. The Depression Center will work with Real Warriors to provide assistance and expertise to support their efforts to educate and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
