T-32 Training Grant
Summary: Supports trainees in the areas of Cardiopulmonary, Bioengineering, Regenerative Medicine, Genomics, Child-Maternal Health, and Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI). This T-32 supports up to 6 post-doc trainees per year, active for over 35 years, and supported by individuals who currently hold 10 P01 or equivalent (P50, U01) grants and at least 35 R01 or equivalent (VA Merit Awards), at least; 21 R03, R21, AHA grants, 22 industry contracts and clinical trials, and 5 other awards including T32, K12 and K24 awards. These resources ensure access to laboratories and facilities, which are among the best in the world for lung vascular disease research. We accept MD, PhD, or DVM trained individuals with a doctoral degree in either basic biological or medical sciences for a successful career in Lung Vascular Biology research and other related fields and/or teaching at a university or medical school.
