 Submit an Application to Present

To submit an application, please answer the following questions and click "submit" at the bottom of the form. There is no option to begin the online application from and come back later to finish it. Feel free to use the Presentation Application Template as you prepare your submission. Your final submission must be submitted by March 28th, 5PM PST.

Presenter Agreement:

By submitting a proposal, I/we understand that all selected presenters and co-presenters:

  • If selected to present, the presenter/s must confirm their attendance by May 15, 2013.
  • Must complete a registration form, even if presenting ONLY and not attending sessions (no registration fee). If attending other Conference sessions or events, application registration fees must be paid.
  • Are responsible for all costs related to transportation, room, and board.  A room block has been secured at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. Standard hotel rooms will be available for $99 per night and must be reserved by September 23, 2013.
  • Are responsible for providing handouts in sufficient quantity for workshop sessions.
  • Presenter marked as coordinator on the Presentation Submission Form will will be responsible for communicating all Conference information and instructions to their co-presenters.
  • Presenter will provide electronic copies of presentation materials to the Kempe Center by October 10, 2013 for posting on our website at the conclusion of the conference.
  • Reviewers may not agree with the presenter's format selection and may suggest that the presenter(s) present in a different format.
