The Kempe Center was selected by the Colorado Department of Human Services to manage and oversee the redesign of the Child Welfare Training System – a strength-based, family centered, and competency-based training program for child welfare professionals and para-professionals. The Kempe Center oversees the delivery of specialized courses for caseworkers, supervisors, case service aides, foster parents and other child and family serving personnel.
