Colorado WIN Partners (WIN) brings together public and private agencies to develop innovative projects that improve communities.
We help agencies build capacity to better meet the needs of the populations they serve. As a consultant to agencies, we bring together stakeholders to identify areas of need, develop strategies to meet these needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies. We provide project management, strategic planning, facilitation, research and evaluation, as well as technical assistance and training. We deliver excellent services throughout Colorado and the United States.
While we have worked with a variety of at-risk populations, many of our projects help individuals with disabilities be as independent as possible within their community. We do this by increasing opportunities for employment, transitioning to adult services, and improving health outcomes.
Colorado WIN Partners is an administrative section of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, which is based at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado.
