Peter Pike

Peter J. Pike, serves as the Associate Director of Colorado WIN Partners in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus where he is faculty. Mr. Pike is a training contractor with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.  Through this work, he is developing training curriculum focused on a Medicaid Buy-In for working adults with disabilities.  He is facilitating a statewide training workgroup providing input on three training topics: Colorado’s Medicaid Buy-In for Working Adults with Disabilities, Colorado’s Comprehensive Employment Support Network, and Managing Public Assistance While Working.  Mr. Pike also ... read more about Peter Pike... 

Dr. William Betts

Bill Betts, Ph.D., is a Senior Instructor for Colorado WIN Partners in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Dr. Betts received his MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in children from DePaul University. Dr. Betts completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Program Evaluation and Administration at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  Dr. Betts has more than 10 years of experience in evaluating community based services. His experience ranges from small single site evaluations to evaluations for large managed care companies serving millions of members in multiple states. Yvonne Kellar-Guenther

Yvonne Kellar-Guenther, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in Psychiatry and the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. CeCe Liang

CeCe Liang, M.Ed., M.S., is a Professional Research Assistant for Colorado WIN Partners in the Department of Pediatrics with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.  Prior to joining WIN Partners, Ms. Liang participated in project s ranging from cockpit control panel design to program evaluations on curriculum that targeted at-risk students and social services for pregnant teens.  She has over twenty years of experience in conducting literature research, determining research methods and protocols, collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and performing data quality assurance.  She also has experience in training educational measurements administration and in conducting interviews and focus groups.  In addition to research skills, ... read more about CeCe Liang... 

Edie Bridge

Edie Bridge is a Professional Research Assistant for Colorado WIN Partners in the Department of Pediatrics with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Ms. Bridge provides field research and evaluation, data entry and transcription across all Colorado WIN Partners projects. She coordinates the logistics for trainings provided by Colorado WIN Partners and arranges for travel and reimbursements for staff. She manages the website and assists with finance and other research projects as necessary. Prior to coming to Colorado WIN Partners she worked for JFK Partners supporting their grants, contracts and other projects. She strives to support all projects for Colorado WIN Partners and contributes in many ways.
