Eva N. Grayck, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1988. She completed pediatric residency training in 1991 and fellowship training in pediatric critical care medicine in 1995, both at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Grayck then held a faculty appointment at Duke University Medical Center for nine years. From 1996 to 2004 she also directed the Duke Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program. Dr. Grayck joined the faculty of Children's Hospital Colorado and the Department of Pediatrics Section of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2004. She was appointed Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship in 2006.

Dr. Grayck is the Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program and has an active laboratory studying the role of reactive oxygen species and antioxidants in the pathogenesis of pediatric pulmonary hypertension. She is interested in the function of reactive oxygen species as signaling molecules that regulate key transcription factors and their downstream targets and in the application of novel antioxidant strategies to treat animal models of BPD and pulmonary hypertension.

Dr. Grayck is an invited reviewer for many medical journals. She is widely published and presents at regional and national conferences.
