ONGOING CLASSES AND EVENTS
PWR!Moves Exercise Class
The PWR!Moves exercise class is a high-intensity, research based class, targeted to address impairments specific to Parkinson's Disease.  The program aims to slow disease progression, restore motor function, and increase longevity and quality of life.  Classes are held every Wednesday and Friday from 1:15-2:15PM, at the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, in Studio 3 (12348 E. Montview Blvd, Aurora CO, 80045). For more information, contact Renee Peter at renee.peter@uchealth.org.
 
Art as Action's Reconnect With Your Body Dance Class 
Reconnect with your Body dance classes explore the power of dance, creativity and artistic expression, and enable participants with and without Parkinson's to discover new ways to move their bodies.  Dance has the power to transform and heal - plus, it's fun!  Classes are held Wednesdays 2:30-3:45PM at Apex Community Center in Arvada.  For more information, visit www.artasaction.org/programs/reconnect.html.
