Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship Program
The University of Colorado offers the AUPO FCC compliance Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship for qualified physicians who have completed residency training in neurology or ophthalmology.
The fellowship is offered by the Department of Neurology in collaboration with the Department of Ophthalmology.

Please include in your application:
- CV with personal statement
- 3 Letters of Recommendation (one must be from former residency program director or equivalent)
- USMLE/COMLEX scores (1, 2, and 3)
- ECFMG Certification (if applicable)
All applicants for non-ACGME Fellowship programs must be eligible for and must obtain a full Colorado Medical License prior to the start of the Fellowship program and must have also successfully completed USMLE or COMLEX stesp 1, 2, and 3.
