Clinical Practice
Dr. Spitz is the head of the Adult Comprehensive Epilepsy Program, which consists of four full-time adult epileptologists and a fellow. The Epilepsy Program has a busy 5-bed epilepsy monitoring unit. The program meets the highest standards for size and sophistication set by the National Epilepsy Center Association. Dr. Spitz interprets EEGs, evoked potentials, video-EEG monitoring and corticography. He sees patients at the University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz Centers for Advanced Medicine at the Fitzsimons campus.
