Fellowship Application Requirements

We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)

Deadline for submission of applications for the 2013 Academic Year will be August 24, 2012

        • (3) Letters of Recommendation
        • Curricula Vitae
        • USMLE Transcript
        • COMLEX Transcript
        • Program Director Letter
        • Personal Statement
        • ECFMG Status Report

Additional Documents for Foreign Medical School Applicants

        • Transcript of all college education
        • Dean’s Letter
        • Foreign Medical License
        • ECFMG Certificate

Fellowship Application Timeline

        • The ERAS link will provide more information regarding application submission.

Fellows in our program must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or possess the appropriate documentation to allow Fellow to legally train at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine
