Denver is an exciting place
to live with access to arts, culture, music, food, and world-class outdoor
The Anschutz campus is on the
east side of town, surrounded by Aurora and with nearby Denver suburban
developments of Stapleton and Lowry. These three communities offer homes and
townhomes to rent or buy, with close access to the medical center and a more
suburban feel. Moving West, Park Hill and Mayfair are central neighborhoods
with unique single family homes and excellent parks, schools, and amenities.
The City Park and Capital Hill neighborhoods have a small-urban feel, with some
of Denver’s best parks (Cheesman, the Botanic Gardens, and City Park). The
stretch of 17th street through these neighborhoods is packed with
restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Apartments can be found in Downtown
Denver, where attractions include Union Station, Larimer Square and Coors
Field. RiNo (River North District) is a bustling up-and-coming neighborhood
packed with microbrews, nightlife, and local startups—it’s home to all the
hippest butchers, bakers, and candlestick makers. To the South lies the Golden
Triangle—near Denver Health and just South of Downtown, with the Denver Art
Museum, Performing Arts Center, and State Capital. Beyond the Triangle are the
South Broadway and South Pearl neighborhoods with music venues and hangouts.
Farther to the West, the Santa Fe Art District is home to galleries and
boutiques. The Highlands and LoHi (Lower Highlands) boast great restaurants and
a mix of higher-end single-family homes and apartment buildings.
