Jennifer Knudson PA-C is an instructor at the University of Colorado. She completed her BS at Michigan State University with a major in nutritional sciences and then went on to get her Masters in physician assistant studies at RFUMS in Northern Chicago. Following graduation she worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago for four years where she pursued her career goal of working in academic inpatient medicine. She relocated to Denver in 2011 to explore life in the mountains. She specialized in gastroenterology for four years before returning to her roots in internal medicine here at UCH. Jennifer currently is a faculty member of the Hospital Medicine Group and is actively involved in clinical care and providing education to current PA/NP fellows. Jennifer is particularly interested in Evaluations/Feedback for the Advanced Practice Fellows. Outside of the hospital Jennifer enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, cycling, knitting and spending time with family and friends.
