The two-year Health Services Research Development Grant program provides research support for fellows or instructor-level junior faculty members in the Department of Medicine who are pursuing a career in health services research.
The Outstanding Early Career Scholar Program was created by the Department of Medicine to accelerate the career development of exceptionally creative and promising faculty early in their career.
The Clinician-Educator Program supports the career development of faculty members who focus on educational activities or education scholarship.
The Bridging Program is designed to preserve the capacity of our faculty to do research and will bridge support, especially for those effected by sequestration.
The Rising Star Award recognizes the next generation of faculty stars who are currently making a significant contribution in the Department of Medicine.
The Sabbatical Support Program was implemented to change the culture surrounding sabbaticals within the DOM, and to encourage more faculty members to take sabbaticals to enhance our competitiveness and extend our areas of expertise.
The Team Science Program facilitates the development or enhancement of collaborative research teams that will be competitive for multi-investigator grant proposals and innovative new approaches within the DOM.
