3rd Annual Run/Walk for A Cause
Last year's Run/Walk for a Cause raised over $3000 for three local organizations: Second Wind Fund of Metro Denver, Autism Society of Colorado, and Stout Street Clinic. This year, the Run/Walk is being planned again. Stay tuned for more information!
What can I expect from the conference?
The conference will feature research presentations from a wide variety of presenters, from academic researchers, to practicing physicians, public health researchers, and even community members who serve on patient advisory councils.
Topics vary as well, from integrating behavioral health into primary care, hypertension, and patient-centered medical homes.
You spoke, we listened!
This year, the conference will also offer two presentations about use of medical marijuana use among pirmary care patients, with one presentation proposing a study by a family medicine resident faculty member. This was a hot topic during last year's "Clinical Problems and Potential Solutions: New Study Ideas". This year, "Clinical Problems and Potential Solutions" will be featured in both breakout sessions.
