Students will understand the role of nutrition, physical activity and behavior change in disease prevention and treatment through experiential learning. Course director approvals require to be added to the elective.

The course objective is to provide students with an experiential understanding of the role of nutrition, physical activity and behavior change in disease prevention and treatment.  

Students will learn about nutrition and preventive health through a combination of interactive lectures, research projects and recording their experiences with different diets.
