I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. My pre-doctoral internship training was completed at Park Center, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana and my 2-year post-doctoral fellowship was completed at the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine. I currently work as a licensed clinical psychologist with A.F. Williams Family Medicine Center at Stapleton and the Office of Integrated Healthcare Research and Policy, both within the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Through my work, I strive to advance the field of behavioral health and primary care integration with regard to clinical, operational, educational, and financial perspectives.
My research interests include primary care psychology, the psychology of pain, depression treatment in primary care, and instrument validation.
