The Director of C-TRIC reports to the Dean of the School of Medicine who oversees activities of C-TRIC. Advisory committees to the Director that are composed of institutional and regional key users and external national experts are being created. An Executive Committee is responsible for implementation of the C-TRIC operations policies that are recommended by the Advisory Committees and approved by the Dean of the SOM. Operations are organized in seven cores and the director of each core is a member of the Executive Committee.
