​The 2015 Ultimate Colorado Midwinter Meeting will take place February 1-5, 2015. The event will be hosted at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa, in Vail, Colorado. We look forward to your support in 2015!

If your company would like to exhibit at the 2015 meeting, please complete the Exhibit Registration Form 2015 and return at your earliest opportunity. Contact Rebecca Megill if you have any questions.

As a benefit to your exhibit package, we would be happy to include your company’s name and logo on our website. We offer varying exhibit packages with different profiling for your company. Below are the available levels of support.



Platinum - $6,000
  • Eight foot table for display. The table will be located in an area that will also supply breakfast and snacks to the attendees. The area will be heavily trafficked throughout the meeting and will offer many networking opportunities.
  • Your logo will be placed on various signage throughout the meeting.
  • Your company logo will appear on our website and you may choose to display a URL of your choice. (Please provide Rebecca Megill with that URL.)
  • Platinum sponsor level includes registration fee for three representatives.

Gold - $5,000
  • Six foot table for display.
  • Your company logo will be on various signage throughout the meeting, and will also appear on our website.
  • Gold sponsor level includes registration fee for two representatives.
 



 


Silver - $3,500
  • Six foot table for display.
  • Your name will be listed on the vendor page of our website.
  • Silver sponsor level includes registration for one representative (additional are $500 each).
