Your registration fee includes attendance at all course sessions, CME credit, and all organized functions, including the Monday evening reception. Breakfast and afternoon snacks will be served at the Marriott Conference Center exhibit area for attendees and their guests.
If you must cancel your registration for this course we will refund your registration fee, less a $150 administrative fee. In order to receive a refund you must notify us of your cancellation by January 2, 2015, four weeks prior to the start of the course.
