Dr. Richard Davidson joined the University of Colorado Department of Ophthalmology in 2002 as a specialist in cataract, corneal and refractive surgery. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Medical Director for the faculty practice at the University of Colorado Hospital Eye Center.
Dr. Davidson has presented research findings and instructional courses at national and international meetings, in addition to authoring multiple articles and book chapters.
His expertise includes small incision, no-stitch cataract surgery, corneal transplantation and refractive procedures such as LASIK and PRK. Dr. Davidson is also the co-medical director of the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank.
