New Patients

We do accept self-referrals, but encourage patients to have their referring doctor or primary care physician contact us.  This allows us obtain proper information to expedite appointment scheduling.  We request a current MRI report and information from the provider that diagnosed the condition for which the patient is being referred. 

Medical records and diagnostic studies are reviewed by a clinician prior to appointment scheduling, to determine which  doctor is best suited for the patient.  Please allow 2-4 working days to hear from us.
