AANA Information

CRNAs who are interested in applying for credit will find the Individual Nonprior Approval Application form​, associated directions, and CE Payment form on AANA Continuing Education Approval Application for Individuals website.  The form (Application for Non Prior Approval Individual) must be electronically completed to the AANA or typed and the following items must be submitted with each application to the AANA directly:  

1. Copy of certificate of attendance – provided to you from CRASH.
2. Program content that includes the hourly schedule with lectures attended clearly marked – provided to you from CRASH or on the CRASH website under Objectives
3. Documentation of approval for CE credit by another recognized approval organization – provided to you from CRASH
4. $30 application fee for AANA members​
