Ashley Hoskins


When Ms. Hoskins began her career she started out working for the CATI unit as a Research Interviewer in May of 2003.  As a Research Interviewer Ms. Hoskins was able to effectively and without bias conduct telephone and postal interviews for the Survey Core. In March of 2007 Ms. Hoskins was promoted to Team Lead, continuing her work interviewing subjects as well providing an example for other interviewers to follow. In March of 2008 Ms. Hoskins was again given the opportunity for advancement into the role of the Data Coordinator/Team Lead position, duties for this position included continuing work on CATI interviews, providing front line support to all CATI interviewers, employee scheduling, training of all existing CATI interviewers as well as new hires, and also provided detailed data reports to clients in respect to their studies.

In May of 2009 Ms. Hoskins was asked to take on the role of the Field Work Supervisor. In this position Ms. Hoskins is the direct supervisor over all CATI Interviewers, duties include hiring, training, and providing written evaluations, as well as assisting in budgeting and invoicing.  Ms. Hoskins also is expected to perform all duties from previous positions.
