Program Objective:

To use computational and statistical tools to dissect and understand signaling pathways critical to cancer cell survivor. The project will involve programming and data analysis, using data generated from the laboratory.

Program Description:

Students will employ the following laboratory procedures:

  1. State-of-the-art bioinformatics/computational programs
  2. Perform data mining and simulation
  3. Learn and expose on how to apply quantitative skills in solving real cancer biology problem
