Program Objective:
To gain knowledge on ongoing research in urological diseases, specifically the role of MAP kinase signal transduction pathways in cancer and inflammation of prostate, bladder, and kidney
Program Description:
Student(s) will have the opportunity to become involved in laboratory research, learn molecular biological techniques, and to understand how intracellular signaling cascades function in normal and pathologic conditions. They will also have an opportunity to be part of discovering new therapeutic targets.
