CWHR senior faculty are actively engaged in the mentoring and training of the junior researchers, several of whom acknowledge that without the CWHR’s support they would not have remained in research. Mentoring is typically provided through a team approach with one primary mentor and others participating both as content and career mentors as needed. Teams are all interdisciplinary.
