Michael Kelly

Assistant Professor

Dr. Kelly earned his M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY in 2000. He completed his residency at Yale University School of Medicine in 2004 and completed a three-year fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Yale University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Kelly joined the University of Colorado Denver, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2007. Dr. Kelly is Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Gynecologic Oncology. Dr. Kelly's clinical interests are in minimally invasive pelvic surgery, management of ovarian cancer, including surgery and chemotherapy administration, aggressive types of uterine cancers and cervical, vaginal and vulvar dysplasia. His research interests are aggressive types (serous, clear cell, carcinosarcoma) of uterine cancers, identifying novel molecular based therapies for the treatment of ovarian cancers, development and implementation of novel minimally invasive surgical techniques in gyencology and gynecology oncology such as Robotics.
