Mission

The Objectives of the UCHTC are to:


    • ​Provide comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, education and consultative services for patients with hemophilia and thrombosis disorders and their families in the Rocky Mountain region.
    • Provide educational programs for physicians and other professionals involved in caring for persons with bleeding disorders.
    • Assess the scope, and provide treatment for, the long-term complications of hemophilia, such as inhibitors, chronic liver disease, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and psychosocial issues.
    • Conduct specialized research in coagulation disorders.
