Aurora Students on MD Track
Four Aurora high school students have been accepted to the BA/BS-MD program at the University of Colorado Denver, a program that promotes diversity in medical professions in Colorado. Students must be Colorado residents and be interested in becoming primary care physicians in Colorado. The Office of Diversity & Inclusion
The School of Medicine Office of Diversity
& Inclusion is here to connect you with services and departments
throughout the university system and in the community that will assist
and support your academic and professional success. We also work to
develop a respectful, diverse and inclusive environment in the School of
Medicine, across the University of Colorado campuses and with the
community at large.
We believe diversity enhances the learning
environment, strengthens the visibility and ties to nearby communities,
and contributes to the community’s overall health through programs and
trainings focused on decreasing health disparities and increasing health
equity.
