Description: The 1883 Society Breakfast is an annual gathering of classes that have celebrated their 50th Anniversary of graduating from the CU School of Medicine. This year, Dean John J. Reilly, Jr., MD, and the Medical Alumni Association will induct the Class of 1969 and introduce the special guest speaker, Spencer Milo, Director of Veteran Programs, Communications and Strategic Development of the Marcus Institute for Brain Health (MIBH). Spencer Milo is also a U.S. Army combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. His lecture will focus on the MIBH and the specialty care provided for military veterans and retired athletes struggling with mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries and other changes in psychological health.

Description: For more than four decades, the School of Medicine and the Medical Alumni Association have hosted the Silver & Gold Alumni Banquet, which celebrates the role our alumni have played in transforming the art and science of medicine. The 2019 banquet will honor the Class of 1969, celebrate the 2019 graduating class and bestow awards to distinguished alumni who have gone on to enjoy impressive careers in medical care and research.

Suggested ParkingDiscounted event parking is available for the Silver & Gold event. The parking garage is located directly to the West of the Hyatt Regency with a covered walk-way leading directly from the garage elevators to the front doors of the hotel. Discounted self-parking is $6.00 for the duration of the event. Standard valet rate is $19.00 and the Standard Overnight self-parking rate is $12.00 and includes in and out privileges.

Description: One of the favorite traditions of the CU School of Medicine Alumni Reunion are the class dinners. Join School of Medicine alumni for a cocktail reception and conversation. MILE HIGH CU-ltural Experience

For cultural experiences in the Denver area, the Mile High Culture Pass offers discounted tickets. Participating locations include Clyfford Still Museum, Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Zoo and History Colorado Center.
