After receiving my Bachelor of Dental Hygiene at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 1988, I went to work in private practice for 3 years. I then went to get my Masters in Dental Public Health at Boston University in 1992.
Since then, I have been at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine teaching dental, dental hygiene and international students in clinic as well as in the classrooms. Besides liking my job, I love to spend time with my husband and daughter.
