Meet Catherine Lacey, one of the smiling faces of the first floor CU Advanced Dental Care Clinic.
Catherine joined the CU School of Dental Medicine in 2011 and is now an integral member of the clinic and patient services team. Each day Catherine helps manage patient activity, supports faculty and resident needs, and contributes to ensuring that every CU Dental patient receives an excellent clinical service experience.
Since joining the school, Catherine has seen herself challenged and grow within her role. She has built stronger communication and patient service skills, created lasting relationships with her colleagues, and credits her team members for being strong mentors.
“I look up to and learn from each of my coworkers on a daily basis. Mac and Alicia are wonderful managers and role models who have taught me so much about the business world and conflict resolutions”, says Catherine. “And Alyssa and Agueda, who work closely with me at the front desk, brighten my day with their fun-loving spirits and smiling faces.”
For Catherine, the best part of her job at CU Dental is enjoying the people with whom she works; believing that each person contributes to building a stronger school. For her own part, Catherine hopes that her work ethic and positive attitude adds to CU Dental Medicine’s success.
Thank you Catherine for your sharing your shining smile and making your contribution to CU Dental Medicine!
