Alumni of UC Denver Business School represent a club—a diverse network of graduates who share similar interests. A recent Business School survey found that our graduates increasingly want to hear from us about these topics:
- Career support
- Alumni events
- Networking opportunities
- Job opportunities
- Prospective employer contacts
How can you get connected and take advantage of these valuable points of connections? There are many ways, starting with LinkedIn. Joining the UC Denver Business School community on LinkedIn will ensure you receive messages about quarterly networking socials, career fairs, Business School lecture series and other career-building events. Of course you’ll also want to join the Business School Alumni Association (BSAA), which will connect you all the alumni activities available to you.
Giving back is another great way to connect with other successful alumni and business leaders. You may want to get involved in the classroom as a guest speaker. Serve as a mentor for a business school student. Offer to host a meeting or event at your business. Join other experts at a Leadership Café speaker panel sponsored by the Graduate Career Connections™. Engage students for internships, hire grads. Participate in the CEO Briefings or other information sessions offered at the Business School. Or share a success story.
Students, other alums, our Advisory Board and other supporters of the Business School love to see and hear from our alumni. And many alums work with us to create the right opportunity that fits their interests and available time. It’s to your benefit to get and stay connected.
