How to Enroll in the RMI Program

The RMI staff is here to assist you in enrolling in our program and classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lori Genuchi or call 303-315-8153.

Before you may enroll in RMI, you must first be admitted to CU Denver. Click here to learn about how to apply.

To declare a Risk Managment and Insurance emphasis or minor

Fill out the form online and submit as soon as possible. This will enable us to inform you of upcoming events and opportunities available to RMI students.

Fill out a Change of Major Form

How to declare a Graduate specialization in RMII

Fill out the appropriate Intent to Declare a Specialization Form online.

How to declare a Certificate in Risk Management and Insurance (RMI) Studies

Download and fill out the Intent to Declare Form and return it to Lori Genuchi (Business School Building, 5th floor, room 5008)

How to Register for RMI classes

If you get a message telling you that you must get permission to enroll in an Risk Management and Insurance (RISK) class, please go back into UCD Access and select "Extended Studies" as your campus, rather than "Denver." This will allow you to enroll in the class. If you continue to have problems enrolling contact Lori Genuchi.
