A dual degree with an MBA and MS allows you to obtain the generalist MBA degree and the in-depth specialization of the MS with fewer courses than it would take to earn them separately. This is accomplished by unifying required and elective courses common to both programs. Please see an advisor for details.
Additionally, you may combine two Business School MS degrees for in depth knowledge within multiple business areas. Please note, you must be admitted to both programs. A graduate advisor will be able to help you with these details.
The Business School also has partnered with select programs to offer duals in:
- MD/MBA (Medical Doctor and MBA)
- MArch/MBA (Master of Architecture and MBA)
- MURP/MBA (Master of Urban Planning and MBA)
- Graduate School of Banking
See a graduate advisor for details.
Notes: Admission standards are specific and varied for each degree. Therefore, applicants must meet specific admission standards for the degree for which they apply. Dual Degree privileges are not available with an MS in Health Administration.
If you choose to pursue a dual degree after have have joined a graduate program, you must meet the admissions requirements of the degree you intend to add, irrespective of your performance in your current program.
