Flexibility of the online format with the same MBA quality

We offer our MBA online to give busy professionals another format for taking courses. You can blend both campus courses and online courses within a semester, or complete the entire MBA online. The same quality faculty teach the online courses and the same rigor applies to your learning experience.

An MBA is the most recognized degree in the world. An MBA from the University of Colorado Denver balances foundational business education with real-world application. You will learn from outstanding faculty members, case studies, practical business projects, and executive guest speakers. As the largest graduate business program in the region, we provide you with flexible schedules for on-campus and online learning, specializations tailored to your career needs and dual degrees that allow you to combine the career advantage of an MBA with the specialized skills of a Master of Science degree.

With our evening and online options, you can tailor this degree to fit your busy schedule. Complete your Professional MBA program at your own pace, either full time or part time. Depending on your work and life demands, you may finish in as little as 16 months or take up to five years to complete the degree. 

You may combine on campus courses with online courses during the same semester, or take all of your coursework either on campus or online. The on-campus courses are offered twice a week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. or once a week from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. 

You will receive the same high-quality education online as you will in the classroom, on a schedule that is convenient to your busy life. With the online option, your learning environment may be in your own living room, a hotel room, an airport or another country.

Your MBA degree can be unique by selecting one of several specializations that will give you an edge in the job market. Modern career paths are in constant flux, so it is an advantage to have a degree that grows with you. As an online student, you will have a choice of some of the specializations, but not all of them. Please contact an advisor for an update on those available online.

If you do not find a specialization that works for you, you can use the five courses of free electives to focus your education in an area of interest, or chose from five different areas to give you more breadth.

Online courses allowed me flexibility to attend class without interrupting precious time with my daughters. Coursework could be completed while they were in school, asleep, or playing with their friends, so I was always available when they needed me.
